HookahChina.net offers a three-tiered, flat commission rate:

8% base commission, the standard commission rate.

9% commission when an affiliate reaches US$ 1,000 in sales for a given month.

10% commission when an affiliate reaches US$ 5,000 in sales for a given month.

A private commission of 12% will be offered to top affiliates.

Commissions are paid based on the amount of the purchase (product value).
